Visitor Management for Multi-Site Organisations
Bilingual (BM + English) visitor management for corporate lobbies, factories and government premises. Visitors register at a self-service kiosk or reception, are screened automatically against a blacklist at check-in — flagging the visit and logging the match, rather than relying on a guard's memory — and receive a QR badge that prints or downloads as a PDF. Hosts are notified by email on arrival and departure. Kiosk mode captures a webcam photo straight to cloud storage. Includes invitations, signed declarations and contractor safety inductions, a dedicated guard mode with a live on-site board, full role-based access control on every endpoint, and multi-site and zone management for organisations with many branches.
