A business intelligence dashboard that consolidates nine KPI domains into a single view, with a clear separation between headquarters and state-level perspectives. Online forms feed the dashboard directly, so there is no duplicate data entry between forms and reports. Users can drill from the national picture down to state and district in one flow, and each role sees only the scope relevant to it. Demo-ready prototype with 65 screens — not yet deployed with any customer.
