Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Tech Lead Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (202501036634) for custom software development, software subscriptions (SaaS), web hosting, cloud infrastructure and related services, whether paid by FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
2. Custom Software Development
Projects are billed by milestone as stated in the signed quotation or agreement. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work on that milestone has commenced. If Tech Lead is unable to deliver a milestone, the payment for that undelivered milestone will be refunded in full.
3. Software Subscriptions (SaaS)
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if the service has not been activated or cannot be used as described. Renewal payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Web Hosting & Cloud Services
New hosting and cloud subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first payment. Renewals, domain name registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, colocation and setup fees are non-refundable once provisioned.
5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you were charged twice or paid an incorrect amount, contact us with the payment reference and we will refund the excess in full.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +60 11-3309 6171 with your invoice number, payment date and reason. We will respond within 3 working days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days. Refunds to cards may take an additional 5 to 10 working days to appear depending on your issuing bank.
