Pricing & Engagement
How much does a custom software project cost?+
Range: MVP (RM 30K-80K, 2-3 months), Production System (RM 80K-300K, 3-6 months), Enterprise Platform (RM 300K+, 6-12 months). Exact quotation after discovery call.
Is the initial consultation paid?+
No. Initial 30-60 minute consultation is FREE. We audit your needs and share thoughts. No obligation.
What is the payment structure?+
Standard: 30% deposit, 40% mid-build, 30% go-live. Negotiable for large projects or government clients with different procurement processes.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes. 3-6 months post go-live warranty for bug fixes and minor enhancements. After that, optional retainer starting RM 2K/month.
Does the client own the source code?+
Yes, 100%. Source code belongs to the client forever. We do not practice vendor lock-in.

What is Tech Lead's tech stack?+
Standard: Laravel 12, Vue.js 3, PrimeVue, Tailwind CSS, MariaDB, Redis, Laravel Sanctum, Laravel Horizon, S3 Storage, Linux, Docker. Consistent across all products for easier maintenance and knowledge transfer.
How long is a typical project?+
BRIEF (1 week) → DISCOVERY (1-2 weeks) → PROPOSAL (1 week) → BUILD (3-9 months) → GO-LIVE (1-2 weeks). Total: 4-12 months depending on scope.
Does Tech Lead test systems before go-live?+
Yes, mandatory. Every system MUST pass penetration testing before go-live, either in-house or third-party. Our defence systems also passed official security audit (0 CRITICAL · 0 HIGH).
Does Tech Lead provide training to client teams?+
Yes. Knowledge transfer and documentation built into every project. We also have formal training programs for Web Dev, AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps.
Compliance & Security
Does Tech Lead comply with KEW.PA / KEW.PS?+
Yes. Our asset systems (Inventra, ADIMS) auto-generate KEW.PA + KEW.PS forms from the database. Asset officers just sign, no more manual typing.
